Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times (from ship date)

Quebec and Ontario: 2-5 business days

Rest of Canada: 5-12 business days

We ship across Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

If your package hasn’t arrived within 14 business days of shipping, or arrives damaged, email support@onetwelvesupplements.com with your order number and we’ll make it right.

Please double-check your address at checkout — packages returned due to an incorrect address may be reshipped at your expense
