Shipping
We ship all orders from Canada. Orders of 2 or more bags ship free — shipping is calculated at checkout for single-bag orders. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email.
Returns & Refunds
We stand behind Flowstate with a 30-day guarantee: if you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email support@onetwelvesupplements.com with your order number and we'll take care of the rest.
Subscriptions
Subscribe & Save orders are billed and shipped automatically on your chosen schedule. You can pause, skip, edit, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account — no fees, no commitment.
